SAC, RCSS covenant after three-day peace talk

Restoration Council of Shan State/Shan State Army (RCSS/SSA) announced that State Administration Council (SAC) and the RCSS have signed the bindings agreed within the three-day peace discussion on the third day of the meeting conducted on May 22 in Naypyidaw.
Lieutenant General Win Bo Shein, a member of the National Solidarity and Peace Negotiation Committee (NSPNC) explained and clarified about the points that were agreed in the Parts I, II, III of the Union Accord and the points involved in Schedule 2 from the Part III of the Union Accord which still remain to be discussed, during the meetings.
However, detailed points agreed between the SAC and the RCSS during the three-day dialogue have not yet released by the both sides.
The SAC negotiation team led by Senior General Min Aung Hlaing and the RCSS negotiation team led by General Yawd Serk held their first dialogue on May 20 for the nationwide peace process and terminating armed conflicts.
