Three family members shot dead, house burnt down in Sagaing by 20 terrorists

Three family members of Sagaing residents were shot dead and their house was torched by the terrorists on August 8 at an estimated 11:30 pm, according to the data released by the Myanmar Police Forces.
The incident took place in Chaigyi Village in Sagaing where the victim Myint Kyawl’s house locates. Approximately 20 armed terrorists came and shot the family breadwinner Myint Kyawl, his wife San San Htay, daughter Win Moh and the father-in-law Than Aye, according to the police.
Three have died on the spot. The house was set ablaze by the terrorists after the shooting.
Another gun violence happened in Sagaing’s Watlett Township on August 8 at an estimated 6 pm by two gunmen, in which, the male victim died at the scene from three gunshots in the head and the chest.
