Female village administrator shot dead in car shooting

According to the Myanmar Police Force, a vehicle that carried five passengers including a village administrator was attacked by a group of gunmen, in which, the female village administrator was death.
The incident happened on September 12 afternoon near the junction between Pandale village and Innzauk village on Launglon-Dawei Highway.
Five gunmen shoot down the passenger car when the administrator and villagers came back to Pandale village, police said.
The female village administrator Nyo Win died at the scene. A man from the vehicle was injured.
Similarly, a 100-household administrator of Thabyayzun village from Yephyu township, Tanintharyi Region was gun down on September 12 afternoon.
