The #Ministry_of_Health invited students who have just passed the matriculation exam 2022 from ethnic regions, especially from #Self-administered_Zones: Naga, Danu, PaO, Kokang and Wa, and faraway regions with many barriers in transportation and social things, to apply for the #Medical_Universities.

The ministry intends to develop the status of the local residents so as to uplift the healthcare services and facilities in rural areas of the country as it expresses: “Those who apply for the Medical Universities must be the permanent residents of the areas that are listed by the State to grant stipend, faraway regions, and the SEZs.”

The students must have at least 420 scores in six subjects in the previous 2022 matriculation exam. Selection will be formulated based on the sum of scores of three subjects: English, Chemistry and Biology, the ministry said.
