A judge killed in Kawlin District Court blast

An #explosion occurred at a court in #Sagaing this morning in which a judge died and four others were wounded, a Kawlin resident told NP News.
“We heard that they (those from the court) received a parcel box. Then, the box went off,” the source said.
According to the initial reports, a judge from the court died while four others were injured in the #blast.
