Fire outbreak occurred at Yangon’s Ahlon Power Station

The Myanmar Fire Service Department reported sudden fire outbreak occurred at Ahlon Power Station located in Strand Road, Ahlon Township in Yangon Region.
The incident happened this evening at an estimate 6:35 pm (April 8).
Level 3 fire engines are trying to kill the fire as per the early information. Security forces are safeguarding the incident area.
The Myanmar Fire Service Department confirmed that the fire was killed at an estimated 7:20 pm.
The cause of the fire outbreak is still unknown. Police are carrying out investigations to find out the cause of the fire outbreak.
