Non-Stop Flights commenced between Yangon to Chennai

Direct non-stop flight schedules have been commenced by Myanmar Airways International (MAI) from Yangon, Myanmar to Chennai, India.
The MAI direct non-stop flight would run to Delhi, Kolkata and Gaya. Chennai is the first route by A320 aircraft. MAI will be operating the Chennai route once a week on every Saturday. The departure time from Yangon is 08:00 hours and the Arrival to Chennai is estimated 10:15 hours. The ticket prices are set at 239 dollars.
The MAI will serve Chennai closer to new tourist destinations of Myanmar such as Yangon, Mandalay, Bagan, and Thandwe, as per reports.
This direct flight will make as supports to bilateral relationships and betterment of trading between India and Myanmar in addition the flight schedules are also expected to be more comfortable for those who will travel for employment and medical treatment purposes.
