NUG personnel Salai Issac Khin sexually harasses a CDM staff

Representative of the National Unity Government to India Salai Issac Khin reportedly committed sexual harassment to a female staff who works for the NUG office in India after she joined the Civil Disobedience Movement.
Reports state that this time sexual harassment committed by Salai Issac Khin is not the first time and he committed such sexual abuse many times before, Women’s Advocacy Coalition - Myanmar (WAC-M) claimed.
Salai Issac Khin served as the Chin State Chief Minister in the administration led by the National League for Democracy.
The victim of Salai Issac Khin this time is a female staff who works as the secretary at the NUG office (India). She reported to the NUG Foreign Department in the early months of 2024 for being harassed by her superior boss Salai Issac Khin.
However, the NUG Foreign Department issued an oral warning to the perpetrator but dismissed the victim on 30 April 2024.
The WAC-M also stated that Salai Issac Khin is at large though he committed many sexual assaults before including domestic violence by abusing his power and authority.
