Belarus Deputy PM states immediate cooperation with Myanmar in all economic sectors

Belarus' Deputy Prime Minister Mr. Yuri Shuleiko stated that Belarus and Myanmar will immediately begin collaborating across all economic sectors.
He addressed it during the meeting with Myanmar leader Senior General Min Aung Hlaing on March 6 at the President Hotel in Minsk, Belarus.
The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that Belarus and Myanmar are committed to enhancing cooperation in all economic sectors, and he expressed great interest in developing strong economic relations between the two countries. He stated that the visit of Senior General is aimed at boosting cooperation in various sectors.
Moreover, Belarusian nationals had visited Myanmar earlier this year, engaging in discussions related to the economic sector and identifying mutually beneficial areas of cooperation. The Deputy Prime Minister highlighted that there are many sectors where both countries could benefit from working together.
He mentioned, "Myanmar is planning to purchase agricultural machinery, fertilizers, medicines, and other products. Belarus, with its agricultural expertise, sees significant opportunities for collaboration in this and other sectors to achieve positive results." He also mentioned that Belarus is well-versed in engineering, agriculture, and many other sectors.
Additionally, during the meeting, Belarus, which is the largest producer of baby food, signed an agreement to provide Myanmar with at least 1,000 tons of infant milk formula for Myanmar’s children.
