PDF terrorists sabotage power towers in Htantabin

According to the data released by the Myanmar Police Force, PDF terrorists exploded the power towers located in Htantabin Township, Bago on April 16 at an estimated 10:30 am.
The towers are located in east from Ywatharyar Village, Htantabin.
The PDF terrorists planted mines and exploded the electricity transmission tower No. T 25 that delivers power to Hinn Ngoke Bin sub-station from the hydropower project located in the east of the village.
Due to the terrorist act, an explosion occurred which damages two out of four brick pillars at the bottom of tower and tilted about 30 degrees to the south resulting temporary cut off the electricity transmission, the police said.
At present, security forces and relevant authorities are cooperating for the repair works and to seize the terrorists who exploded the electricity infrastructures.
