Over 30 PDFs return to legal fold during a week

There are more than 30 PDFs who had returned to the legal fold during this week (September 12-16), according to data released by the State Administration Council.

On September 14, a total of 14 male PDFs from Sidoktaya township of Magwe Region, four males, and two females from Gyobingauk and Okpho townships of Bago Region; on September 15, four female PDFs from Kalaymyo respectively were transferred to their guardians after they returned to the legal fold, the SAC announced.

On September 16, a total of four PDFs from Ywangan township, Shan State and six from Mandalay Region were transferred to their guardians.

Children who attended terror training camps in ethnic armed territories, however, who did not commit the crime were transferred to their parents and guardians after making them sign a confessional pledge, the announcement expresses.

At the present, the SAC has opened reception centers in border areas for the convenience of those who would like to return legal fold.
