Tachileik Mae Sai Checkpoint reopened after three-year closure

#Thai_Myanmar_Border_Checkpoint being closed for three years was reopened on 20th February, according to local news agencies.
The Thailand-Myanmar Friendship Bridge No. 1 connecting between Mae Sot, Thailand and Tachileik in Myanmar has been reopened.
Due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic, the gate was closed down in 23rd March 2020. Commodity flows between the two countries are expected to increase through the gate.
