PDF terrorists sabotaged National Grids under command of NUG

The #PDF_terrorists exploded two power towers of the national grid system in Thaton township on March 27, according to the statement released by the Ministry of Electric Power (MOEP).

The two 230 KV power grid towers which distribute the 80MW electricity were bombed up by the PDFs terrorists at Duyinseik village in Thaton township, Mon region.

In the incident, one grid was grounded and another one was damaged at the base. Therefore, the distribution of 80MW electricity throughout the country was shortage, the statement said.

It also stated that the PDF terrorists, under the commends of NUG, have been intentionally destroying 227 times by bombing up the national power grids, stations and sub-station which are distributing the electricity throughout the country.

The MOEP has been conducting the repairing works on the damaged power grids with the cooperation of security forces, according to the statement.
