PDF Terrorists Attack Amarapura Police Station By Grenades

Amarapura police station was attacked by 40MM grenades twice injuring at least 5 including a child, according to the reports.

One of the news resources recounted that the attack at the Amarapura police station took place by the Sagaing-Mandalay highway road in Zaycho Ward, Amarapura Township in Mandalay region on early morning of 1st May.
The roof of a residential house was exploded as the terrorists blindly threw the 40MM grenade he continued.

There were also damages on the residential house but there was no injury at the first-time attack.

In addition, for the second time, the second 40MM grenade was dropped within the police station and it exploded the roof of the police officers’ housing flats, according to the witness around 10 in the morning.

At least five family members of police officers including a child were injured in the blast.

The child injured in the incident was hit on his head and the child is under the critical conditions.
