KNLA/PDF attack security outposts in Kawkareik

The joint forces of KNLA and PDF terrorists raided the small security outposts with massive forces this morning (Oct. 27) in Kawkareik, Kayin State at an estimated 5:30 am, according to the residents.
“The incident started at around 5:30 am this morning. It was till 12 noon. The fire exchange occurred on the city. We still hear the sound of firing heavy weapon till 3 pm. The insurgents were attacking the security outposts located on the city,” a Kawkareik resident said.
There were collateral damages in the crossfire; and it was reported that two civilians were killed in it.
Likewise, security outposts from Chinshwehaw, Laukkaing, Kutkai and Lashio in Northern Shan State were also attacked by three alliance groups from northern region: MNDAA, TNLA and AA.
