Armed group arrests six education staff in Loikaw

Six education staff members from Loikaw Basic Education High School in Kayah State were abducted by 30 armed groups on the morning of June 24, according to the NP’s source.

30 armed terrorists arrived at the school with three vehicles, then, arrested a total of six teachers including a high school teacher Daw Nang, the source added.

According to the source above, the armed group is reportedly cooperated by PDF and KNDF. However, the NP News couldn’t confirm from other sources.

On June 19, Chin National Defense Forces (CNDF) kidnapped the principal and three assistant lecturers from Lonpee Agricultural Science School in Chin State; they were then, released.
