Bombing at police outpost near Yangon City Hall injuring seven

The police outpost located in the backyard of the Yangon City Hall was attacked with hand grenades today at an estimated 11 am in which seven injured.
“There is a YCDC office at the rear of the City Hall. Four men threw grenades at the police outpost from the junction between YCDC office road and 34th street. There was fire exchanging then,” a resident who lives near the City Hall in Kyauktada Township told the NP News.
One civilian, one YCDC staff, and five police were injured in the incident.
