Bomb blast in Kamayut injures four civilians

Two bombs exploded in front of Kamayut township City Development Committee’s Police compound this morning at an estimated 8 am injuring four civilians, according to a resident near the crime scene.
The Kamayut township City Development Committee’s Police compound is located on the bank of Baho Road, 7 Ward, Kamayut township in Yangon Region.
“It was twice that the bomb exploded. Authorities found two more bombs near the scene that have not been exploded,” the source continued.
Four civilians including Kyaw San Oo – a taxi driver; Khin Hnin Thet – who was coming back from escorting the child to school; Win Khaing – a worker from a car workshop; and Yin Nwe Oo were injured in the incident.
Two bombs that were found near the scene and had not yet exploded were diffused by the counter-terrorism task forces.
