CB Bank notifies exchange rate of 3,000 Ks. per dollar for seafarer

A private bank Co-Operative Bank Ltd announced a forex rate of 3,000 Ks. for a dollar for seafarer foreign wages on September 27.
The Central Bank of Myanmar declared that remittances from Myanmar national expatriates can independently exchange into kyat domestically.
The market forex rate these days is ranging within +/- 3,000 Ks. per dollar.
Both the dollar exchange rate and gold price are gradually declining in the market.
