Ten terrorists from Inya Urban Force who murdered six and committed two sabotages arrested

The State Administration Council (SAC) released a press statement on 30 October that a total of ten terrorists, seven males and three females altogether, who committed and involved in two sabotages and murdered six in Yangon Region were arrested.
The terrorists are the members of Inya Urban Force-IUF.
On 24 September, ex-Brigade General Ohn Thwin and his son-in-law were shot dead by pistols by the terrorists in front of their home located in 12 Ward of Hlaing township in Yangon.
A terrorist who involved in the abovementioned terror plot against former military personnel and his son-in-law namely Kyaw Kaung Htet (aka) Aung Naing Moe was arrested on 1st October in University Avenue Road in Bahan township.
Based on his confession, others those included in the plot were Okkar Phyo (male), Zin May Latt (female), Than Htet Zin (male), Nyi Nyi Chit Htoo (male), and Shune Lei Wai (female) were arrested on 2nd October at the Yangon University Swimming Pool in Kamayut township.
On 3rd October, other collaborators in the plot: Nay Shine (male) in 3rd Industrial street in East Dagon township; and Than Htut Pite (aka) Ko Sai and Pan Ei Ei Kyaw in No. 2 Ward, Pyay Road in Kamayut were arrested. Again on 6th October, another one namely Zeya Lin Htet was arrested in No. 2 South Ward in Tharketha township.
The terrorists attended explosion training for terrorism for ten days at No. 96, Marlarmyaing 4 street in Hlaing in the first week of October 2021. Amongst, Nay Shine attended terror training for explosion and destructive actions for four months at Mingin PDF group in Sagaing Region started from February 2022.
After completion of their terror training, they formed ‘Inya Urban Force-IUF’ in Yangon in July 2021. Four other members of the IUF who involved in the terror plot are still remained to be seized.
On 21 November 2021, the IUF conducted grenade explosion to the traffic police office located in the junction of Yankin street and Kanpat street in Yankin township; on 25 February 2022, the group conducted another sabotage with grenade to the traffic police office located in the junction of Anawrahta road and Shwebonthar road in Pabedan township.
On 1st November 2021, the IUF murdered a female 100-houses administrator namely Hnin Hnin Hlaing in Kyimyintaing township, Yangon. On 29 December 2021, a female 100-houses administrator namely Khin Thuzar Aung was shot dead by the IUF in Sangyoung township.
On 3rd February 2022, the IUF shot an innocent male civilian Tin Maung Aye by trespassing the victim’s house located in North Dagon township. On 10 April, the IUF shot and killed Major Kaday Phyo Aung and his pal Sai Aung Aung Zaw in a teashop located in Lanmadaw township.
On July 28, the IUF shot and killed a ward administrator of No. 7 Ward near Bokalayzay market in Botahtaung township namely Than Win.
The terrorists received money ranging from 30,000 kyats to 200,000 kyats for one killing, according to the statement.
