Bangladesh vows to quash terrorists against Myanmar moving in its land

The #Bangladesh border guard informed the Myanmar Ministry of Home Affairs that Bangladesh won’t allow hiding terrorists, which are fighting against the Myanmar government, in its territory and will cooperate with #Myanmar to quash them.
Lieutenant General Soe Htut met and discussed with the General Director of Bangladesh border guard forces General Shakil Ahmed on November 25 in Naypyidaw, according to the statement released by the State Administration Council.
Issues related to borderline security, borderline rule of law, combating violence and terrorism, and terminating illegal transboundary migration were discussed.
The Bangladesh side pledged that terrorists won’t be allowed to take shelter and move around in its territory fighting back the Myanmar government; and will collaborate with Myanmar border guard police in suppressing them, according to the SAC statement.
Both sides discussed patrolling around the frontier for the boundary stability between Myanmar-Bangladesh and building mutual trust.
Myanmar Ministry of Foreign Affairs demanded the Bangladeshi ambassador to Myanmar take immediate action against the AA and ARSA military bases in Bangladesh.
