NDF says 2023 election is only hope to way out of political dilemma

A local political party National Democratic Force (#NDF) said in its statement released on December 16 that upcoming #2023_election will be the only way to escape from the current political dilemma and heading to the State’s stability, peace and development.
The statement was released on the party’s political policy and principle.
The NDF shows its eagerness to actively involve in the political atmosphere and the Hluttaw channel through which the country will build a federal democratic Union; saying that three pillars of the nation: executive, judicial and legislative should be divided as per the rights given by the Constitution.
It said the NDF believes that the 2023 election will be the only way to escape from the current political dilemma and heading to the State’s stability, peace and development. Therefore, the NDF will make efforts in the awareness raising among public about the Proportional Representative Electoral system.
The NDF party established in May 2010 after the National League for Democracy dissolved its status legally once at that time and boycotted the #2010_election. The NDF party was developed and led by former central executive committee members of the original NLD before 2010, who believed the electoral path is the only way to continue building the State under national reconciliation. In 2010, the NDF fielded 161 candidates for Union Parliament and regional legislatures; and won 16 seats.
