Tatmadaw seizes PDF’s weapons in Namsang, Shan State

Weapons, artilleries, rifles and explosive devices of the #PDFs were captured by the #Myanmar_Military in Shan State’s Namsang, according to the statement released by the State Administration Council on December 17.
According to the statement, indigenous ethnics informed the authorities that the PDFs were bringing weapons and destructive explosive devices around Kontharywa Village in Namsang Township.
The military air force launched operation on December 7 in order to seize the weapons.
Sporadic crossfire occurred between the military and the PDFs until December 12, the statement said.
