American’s NDAA-Burma Act provokes Myanmar’s sovereignty

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar strongly objected over the contents relating to Myanmar in recently approved United States’ National Defense Authorization Act (#NDAA) which insults sovereignty of Myanmar.
The Myanmar Embassy in Washinton sent objection letters to the United States Department of State on December 13 against the #Burma_Act and the Independent Investigative Mechanism for Myanmar -IIMM) as the US’ provocative motives to Myanmar is captured in them.
The NDAA somehow promotes #terrorisms in Myanmar since it guarantees to encourage NUG, NUCC, CRPH and PDF which the Myanmar constituted government clearly stated as terrorist entities.
The Myanmar Embassy sent the condemnation letter again on December 16 to the officer related to Myanmar affairs of the Bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs, according to the MOFA announcement.
