RCSS believes in way of dialogue for peace and federal union

Restoration Council of Shan State (RCSS) released a statement on its biannual meeting resolution in which highlighting that it will cling to conducting the dialogue culture to find ways for peace and federal union, expressed in the statement released by the RCSS after its biannual meeting held between from July 28 to 31.
Forward plans of the organization were made during the meeting after extensive reviewing of the six-month reports on its conditions related to political, military, and internal and external factors in the organization.
The RCSS calls for taking responsibility in collective ways together by its troops and the public for protecting the relevant community and territory from arising crimes and robberies as the results of political instability and weakening in rule of law.
In the statement, the RCSS proclaims that it will work together with all groups to achieve sustainable peace and to build federal democracy through meeting and discussing with them.
The RCSS/ SSA (Shan State Army) met with Senior General Min Aung Hlaing on May 20 for peace and to build the state based on a multi-parties system, democracy, and federalism.
