Tycoon owned Ayeyarwady Bank transformed into Public Company

The #Ayeyarwady_Bank (also known as #AYA_Bank), which biggest share is held by one of the richest men in Myanmar #Zaw_Zaw, is now applied to transform into a public company, according to the official gazette issued by the State Administration Council these days.
The head office of the AYA Bank is located at the corner of Maha Bandoola Road and Maha Bandoola Park in Kyauktada township, Yangon.
The company’s application for transforming the registration type will be allowed if nothing is subjected to ban by the court, as per the official gazette.
Zaw Zaw is one of the famous tycoons in Myanmar.
