The agreements were signed on August 20, the last day of the 7th China-South Asia Trade Fair and 27th China (Kunming) Export-Import Trade Fair that was held at Dianchi International Convention and Exhibition Center in Kunming, PRC.
The following companies from Myanmar including: AJ Myanmar, Good Brother Group Co., Ltd and Global Earth Agro and Aqua International Co., Ltd signed agreements with four companies from China’s Kunming, Chongqing, Guanxi and Dongsheng in goods distribution, agricultural products and fishery products, according to the statement released by the State Administration Council.
More than 100 entrepreneurs and traders from Myanmar displayed agricultural products, handicrafts and gems and jewelries at the exhibition.
Myanmar participated as the Country of Honor at the exhibition as second time since the first time was in 2018 June at the 5th China-South Asia Trade Fair.
A total of 36 booths were displayed by Myanmar at the event among more than 80 booths from other countries.
