DICA’s next e-services be available for better processing

The Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA) introduced its four new online services during Unboxing Investment Facilitation Toolkit 2022 held on April 1, 2022.
The businessmen who find it difficult to meet with the DICA due to many other restrictions including Covid–19 will have a chance to e-meet with the DICA, according to the DICA’s director-general Thant Sin Lwin.
A total of four online tools were introduced at the event. DICA Online Solution (DOSo) was involved as a one, in which, the entrepreneurs will have instant communication with the DICA online for asking for information at the early stage of the investment or shortly after the investment has started.
“In this system, DICA Online will not be the sole respondent. Officials from 14 relevant government agencies will attend and participate in the forum depending on the needs of the investors’ requests for assistance,” said Director-General Thant Sin Lwin.
He continued that the DOSo system would make it possible for the potential investors and existing ones to meet with the DICA to have effective discussions, although it was difficult to meet with the DICA for them by virtue of the constraints including Covid – 19.
With the aim of facilitating the investors and their businesses and access to information, the DICA developed its online investment tools. Myanmar Companies-MyCo was launched in 2018; Myanmar Online Investment Directory-MyInDy in 2020; Auto Reply System for Facebook (Messenger) in 2020; Online VISA in 2020 and 2021; and currently another four new products have been introduced including DICA Online Solution (DOSo).
