Seven PDF terrorists seized in Bago with ammunitions for extrajudicial killings, bombing

The State Administration Council (SAC) released an announcement on February 9 that seven members of Bago #PDF #terrorists who committed extrajudicial assassinations, exploding, and brutal killings were seized, together with ammunitions, in Bago.
According to the SAC statement, the terrorists exploded five bombs on February 7 in Mazinn Ward, Ponarsu Ward and Shin Saw Pu Ward in Bago.
The security forces conducted investigations to arrest the terrorists. In the evening on February 7, Poe Kwar (20 years old), Maung Thet (23 years old) and his wife Htar Htar Win were captured near Kali Village.
As per the confession made by Poe Kwar, the group rented a house in No. 3 Extended Road in Mazinn Ward. As per the statement, security forces seized guns, cartridges and bullets from that house; again, one M-79 launcher, seven 40-MM grenades, five packs of C-4 dynamites, four detonators and three handmade bombs were seized from the house of Maung Thet and Htar Htar Win couple.
Again, security forces conducted operations of searching weapons and illegal ammunitions in the house of Myo Tint located in Oakthar Myo Thit according to Poe Kwar’s statement; and seized Myo Tint aged 55 and his wife Yin Yin Htay along with one M16-gun, one carbine and its three cartridges, twenty 40 MM grenades, bullets, and handmade bombs. Then, another accomplice in the explosion Thurein Aung aged 19 was also arrested at his house located in Ponenarsu Ward.
Therefore, five men and two women were seized in the case together with guns, cartridges, grenades, bullets, mines and related items.
