Medical student shot dead at a close range as alleged informer in Yangon

A 20 years old second-year medical student was assassinated and shot dead on the spot as he was accused as an #alleged_informer locally called “Dalan” in Sanchaung township, Yangon.
The incident happened on March 20 at an estimated 5 pm in Linn Loon Taung ward, Sanchaung township, a reliable source who was at the scene told NP News.
The victim was identified as Wint Moe Aung, a second-year medical student. The witness said that the victim was shot at a close range by a group of gunmen in front of his house when he came back from school.
In addition, two other women: the victim’s 60 years-old aunty who was waiting for him in front of the home; and another one a passerby, were injured in the incident as the terrorist gunmen shot them too.
A terrorist group namely ‘Sanchaung Main Strike Column’ claimed responsibility for the terror assassination that “The alleged informer ‘Dalan’ Wint Moe Aung, the second-year medical student has been shot.”
There have been thousands of civilians who were killed as alleged informers by the PDF terrorists after 2021.
