Myanmar exports over 13,000 tons of mung bean in September

According to information from the Ministry of Commerce, Myanmar exported more than 13,000 tons of mung bean in September.
Amongst, over 4,630 tons were exported to Singapore; over 1,530 tons to China; over 2,800 tons to Vietnam, 1,300 tons to Philippines, over 1,170 tons to Malaysia, and 700 tons to Thailand within a month.
The mung bean is used to mostly exported to China earlier. However, mung bean export to China has been gradually decreasing lately.
According to the announcements made by the ministry, Myanmar exported a total of 133,820 tons of black gram, mung bean and pigeon pea worth of 121.889 million USD within September.
