Army Chief honors Naga new year celebration

Commander-in-Chief of the Defense Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing attended the new year festival of #Naga tribes that falls on January 15.
The celebration was held in Lahe township, Naga Self-Administered Zone located in Sagaing Region.
During the celebration, the Army Chief made a pledge for the multisectoral development of the region including transportation, communication and others.
The Naga land, at present, is in peace and stable without terror incidents. Therefore, he also urged the residents and indigenous to be involved in maintaining the regional peace of the Naga land.
