Universities celebrate Water Party

Despite of threats to the educational sector in Myanmar, exams are being conducted at the universities and colleges across the countries. Those universities and colleges that just finished exams are celebrating the water party within schools.
Sittwe University and Yangon University of Education celebrated #pre_Water_Festival in recent days with thousand of students each.
Not only water splashing, but also singing performance, dancing and paying homage to teachers were involved in their celebrations.
Making sticky rice balls with jaggery (Mont-lone-yay-paw) is another essential feature of celebrating the Water Festival. So, the university and college students added it in their pre-Thingyan celebration without fail.
