Administrator Who Assists In Clearing Traffic For Pathana Pali Chanting Event Assassinated In Outskirt of Yangon

As per information, a 100-household administrator from Hlaingthayar Township, Yangon was shot dead while he was assisting in clearing the traffic to hold a local event of Pathana Pali Chanting by the terrorists.
The incident happened on May 1 at an estimated at 8:00 pm at No.3 ward in east Hlaingthayar township, witness at the scene recounted NP News.
Two administrators from No. 3 Ward namely Thet Paing and Aung Gyi volunteered in clearing traffic for the local Pathana Pali Chanting ceremony. At the time, two gunmen came by motorbike and shot the administrator Thet Paing. He was shot at his neck and shoulder; and died on the spot.
The security forces are investigating the scene to seize the committed terrorists.
