Mawlamyaing-Yangon rail schedules to be resumed on 15th Oct

The train schedules of Mawlamyaing-Yangon railway that were suspended due to Bago flood will be re-operated on 15th October: according to Mawlamyaing Railway Station.

Tickets are now available after fully fixation process for damaged parts of the railway in Bago has been completed.

Due to the torrential rain that started on 8th Oct, some parts of the railway especially between Bago Station and Shwe Hlay Station on Yangon-Mandalay route; between Bago Station-Shwekali Station and Naung Patayar Station were flooded and damaged.
