Myanmar issues new tourist entry requirements and visa regulations

The State Administration Council (SAC) has issued a notification outlining the mandatory information for tourists visiting Myanmar, including details such as hotel bookings.
The Ministry of Immigration and Population has established mandatory requirements for tourists arriving in Myanmar via international airports.
It is stated that all passengers, including tourists with a tourist visa or arrival visa, are required to present a hotel booking.
Additionally, individuals entering Myanmar with a social visit visa must provide the addresses of their spouses, husbands, parents, and relatives in Myanmar during their visa application process. Furthermore, they are required to inform the respective township head offices using Form-C upon their arrival.
It is also reported that the respective Myanmar embassy in abroad have disseminated the notifications provided by the Ministry of Immigration and Population to their respective countries.
