A Korean garment factory expands its operation, hires 600 new workers

Yangon Pan-Pacific International Co., LTD is a Korean garment factory operating in Yangon. The factory announced hiring 600 new workers, according to its Facebook post on April 18.
As the garment factory is expanding new operating lines, job seekers are invited directly by the factory. Basic wages will start from 5,200 MMK for the helper position. Wages for the operators will be increased as per their skills. The factory’s operations will be closed on Saturday half, Sunday, and official public holidays.
Vacancies include ‘operator’ as a sewing expert for the new line and other positions are leader, supervisor, chief supervisor, Q.C, Q.A, CAD, and Pattern.
Applicants shall be at least 18 years old and shall bring two copies of identification cards and license-sized photos. The job interview is held every day from 8 am to 10 am, except on the government holidays.
Ferry (transportation service) will be available. Fringe benefits for the staff include FOC 24/7 healthcare service within the factory compound having nurses. Other opportunities include providing the best employee awards; providing social security benefits; annual bonus and Thingyan bonus.
The factory’s address is survey marker No. 175 B-4 located in Kyisu Industrial Zone, Kanong Prince Road, Dagon Seikkan Township in Yangon Region.
