PDF terrorists attack passenger bus in Tanintharyi, killing and injuring civilians

A passenger bus running from Yangon to Kawthaung was shot and attacked by the #PDF #terrorists on April 1 in Tanintharyi, according to reports.
The incident happened on April 1 at an estimated 8 pm on Myeik-Kawthaung Union Expressway in Tanintharyi Township (located between Letaungyar village and Tamotechone village) in Tanintharyi Region.
Two civilians: including a 45 years old woman and a 7 years old child died on the spot in the terrorist shooting, as per information. In addition, four males including two Buddhist monks were wounded from gunshots.
People Defense Force (PDF) of Tanintharyi Region, under the command of NUG, claimed responsibility for the terrorist attack against the civilian bus. The Tanintharyi Region PDF issued the statement on April 2 that they committed it.
In the statement issued by the terrorists, they claimed that the civilian bus wasn’t expected passing through the expressway at that time. However, the incident happening time was 8 pm; and it was four hours before meeting the curfew time.
The terrorists, in the statement, the Tanintharyi PDF terrorists (under command of the NUG) admitted they shot the bus intentionally.
In the terror shooting, Yin Thazin Aung (age 7) and Khin Mar Kyi (age 45) died on the spot. Two Buddhist monks and two men were wounded and authorities sent them to the hospital.
There were many incidents of terrorist attacks subjecting the civilian buses by PDF terrorists in Tanintharyi Region with high fatalities.
