128 Bengali aliens captured in Than Lwin River

It is reported that altogether 128 undocumented #Bengali aliens were captured from the inside of the motorboat in Than Lwin River near Chaungsone Township in Mon State.
A reliable resource close to Mon State Government recounted to NP News that the Bengali aliens were captured in Than Lwin River about 10 miles away from Chaungsone Township at an estimated 1 am on 2nd April.
The resource continued “The Navy forces saw the green boat and it was suspicious. Then, they conducted the investigation on the boat. There, those undocumented Bengalis were seized.”
A total of 128 seized aliens; there involved 102 males; 20 females and six children.
Those undocumented Bengalis have passed through Sittwe Township in Rakhine State. Those aliens were arrested while they were heading to Malaysia through borderline, the source added.
In the incident, five boatmen who assisted the human smuggling were also captured. It is also reported that they smuggled these undocumented Bengalis with 4.5 million kyats per head.
There have been many cases of human smugglings on undocumented Bengali aliens in Mon State within this year.
