WHO Myanmar’s staff shot dead in Mawlamyaing

World Health Organization Myanmar released its condolence announcement yesterday evening that the WHO Myanmar’s national staff named Myo Min Htut was shot dead yesterday (June 8) in Mawlamyaing, Mon State.
The victim was shot when riding his own motorcycle on Thanlwin Garden Road around 5 pm after coming back from the office.
He is reportedly a nephew of Lieutenant-General Aung Lin Dwe, the secretary of Myanmar's State Administration Council.
Regarding the death of Myo Min Htut, national staff of the WHO Myanmar, the Mawlamyaing PDF announced they committed the incident since the victim is an alleged informer having a good relationship with the polices; plus he is a relative of the SAC top-level member Lieutenant-General Aung Lin Dwe.
