Hired killers involved in WHO staff murder case arrested

According to the local police force, murderers and the hired killer involved in the assassination of the national staff of the World Health Organization Myanmar – Myo Min Htut – occurred in Mawlamyaing, Mon State on June 8.
It is reported that the female person who demanded to kill the victim has a close relationship with the victim. The hired killer and some members who were involved in the assassination plot were arrested.
The female hired killer is a third-year Audit Accounting student, who lives at Thuwanna Housing, Ring Road, Mawlamyaing City.
Regional police forces is investigating to arrest the committed murderers.
The victim Myo Min Htut was shot when riding his own motorcycle on Thanlwin Garden Road around 5 pm after coming back from the office on June 8.
Regarding the assassination, the Mawlamyaing PDF claimed responsibility.
World Health Organization Myanmar and United Nations Myanmar released condolence and denouncement statements on killing of Myo Min Htut, the national staff of the WHO Myanmar.
