PDFs attending IED training in TNLA seized by authorities

Twelve including the main link and driver and ten PDF members who were going to attend bomb-making training at the TNLA (Ta’ang National Liberation Army) camp were captured by the authorities at the Kyaukme toll gate, according to the SAC.
The State Administration Council released a statement on October 3 regarding the case.
Security forces seized a vehicle with plate number ‘CC-8581’ which headed to Kyaukme from Mandalay at ‘Oriental toll gate’ located in Kyaukme on October 2.
Ten PDFs known as: Nyi Nyi Tun, Thant Zin Tun, Hein Min Oo, Htet Paing Lin, Myo Myint Myat, Kyaw Zin Htet, Sai Htet Aung, Aung Zaw Hein, Wai Yan Oo and Sa Nay Tun were found out that they were heading to TNLA group to attend the Improvised Explosive Device making training.
The person who linked the young PDFs with contact in TNLA to arrange the training is known as Ko Kay Lar.
He was arrested at the expressway gate located in Kyaukme as per the confession and information received from the ten men.
The ten arrested PDFs have already attended an IED-making training for ten days in Budalin township in Monywa in December 2021 after they joined the terrorist group PDF.
