SAC member pays respect to NLD patron Thura U Tin Oo

One of the members of the State Administration Council Mann Nyein Maung, a Kayin ethnic leader, visited and paid respect to the patron of National League for Democracy #Thura_U_Tin_Oo on December 19 morning at the house of Thura U Tin Oo located in Yangon’s Bahan Township.
It was an informal visit and no official statement was released by both side on the visit.
After the 2021 political transition, the NLD chairwoman Aung San Suu Kyi and former president Win Myint are currently detained.
In fact, six or seven members of the NLD’s Central Executive Committee are now not prisoned or detained.
Also, Senior General Min Aung Hlaing visited Thura U Tin Oo on December 5, 2021 informally and talked on social and health updates.
