Terrorists conduct artillery attack on Kayah Day ceremony killing 1, injuring 8 others

The joint forces of KNPP insurgents and #terrorists #PDF reportedly launched an artillery attack on the event of celebrating #Kayah_Day, in which one was killed injuring at least eight.
The terror incident attacked on January 15 while the 71st Kayah Day celebration was held at an estimated 7:15 am at Loikaw City Hall with indigenous people.
The State Administration Council announced that the attack was committed by the joint forces of KNPP and terrorist PDFs taking a position from 4,000 meters northeast away from Loikaw.
In the attack, six students and two civilians (a man and a woman) were wounded. An unarmed man was killed by the bomb particles, according to the reports released by the Information Team.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the event.
