Civilian Houses in Shwegu Destroyed by artilleries by KIA/PDF

The allied forces of Kachin Independence Army and PDF terrorists launched artilleries into Shwegu City located in Kachin State which destroyed at least 15 civilian houses, according to the statement released by the State Administration Council’s Information Team.
As per the statement, the incident happened on May 7 at an estimated 7:30 pm in Tharyarkone village in Shwegu.
According to the statement, the KIA and PDFs terrorists shelled artilleries from the location situated in the north of the village 700 meters away targeted at the security forces who were conducting security operation near Tharyarkone village.
At least 15 residential houses in the village were damaged by the artilleries launched by the terrorists.
Therefore, the security forces are conducting investigation to arrest the terrorists who committed the abovementioned crime, the SAC released the statement.
