PDFs set arson buildings and vehicles at mineral mining site in Dawei

The Myanmar Police Force released a news statement that the PDF group torched buildings and vehicles at the mineral mining site located in Dawei Township, Taninthayi Region.
The incident happened on 7th October at an estimated 3 pm at Zaw Poe Hla mining site operated by Taung Paing Kabar mineral mining company located in Wazumchaung village, Dawei Township.
The "Zaw Poe Hla" site is a workplace which temporarily stops its operations, and the PDF group having 50 persons entered the workplace and burnt down the materials, according to the police.
A total of three office buildings, a warehouse, a residential dormitory, a factory building, a bulldozer, and 5 mini-cars were destroyed in the fire.
After the incident, the security forces are continuing to identify to arrest those involved in the arson and punish them in accordance with the law, the Myanmar Police reported.
